Hey everybody!
If you're reading this blog, you probably know that I am always super busy providing consulting and education services to individuals and organizations both domestically and internationally. Can you believe I started this business 10 years ago?! (No old jokes please!)
One day, I was being my usual wordy self as I commented on a Facebook post that asked the group: How do you set your consulting fees? I gave a super long, detailed answer, as I am known to do, and many of the group members responded that I should do a webinar. Now of course, the idea of a webinar series had been percolating in the dark recesses of my mind for quite some time -- but I'd never let it rise to the top of the to-do-list. Call me crazy, or just call me busy!
Anyhow, a bunch of people chimed in with enthusiasm that they would attend a webinar if I gave one. And so guess what! The time has come. Hopefully I won't be calling anyone's bluff and this webinar series will be packed!
I named it: Creating a Successful Consulting Business: Things I've Learned Over the Last 10 Years. Believe me -- I have learned a lot and boy am I ready to share it!
I know that a lot of professionals, especially physicians, dream of using their expertise to start a consulting business, but have no idea where to start. I've designed this webinar series to help you move from dreaming to doing (I know, I'm so corny). While my business is a physician consulting business, the information will be good for a consulting business of any sort, so I hope you'll join me.
The first webinar in the series is free. I did it live tonight 7/14/16. Attendance was fantastic! In fact, registrations outstripped the maximum 25, I had planned on, so I had to create more capacity at the last minute. It caused me a few technical challenges, but we made it work. You can check out the playback by clicking here.
If you attended and/or watched the playback, and feel that webinars #2-6 could be helpful to you, take the plunge and register for the entire series!
I hope to "see you" in a couple of weeks.
